Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions to VibeAssist, operated by XIG Australia Pty Ltd ABN 58 684 707 266 (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all payments, billing, taxes, customer service inquiries relating to purchases, and refund processing on our behalf.

2. 30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date for any paid subscription. This applies to your initial purchase and to each subsequent renewal payment.

3. How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by Paddle. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Contact us at support@vibeassist.app and we will assist you in raising the refund with Paddle.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings or via the Paddle customer portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not by itself trigger a refund of the current period — request a refund as described above if you are within the 30-day window.

5. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-excludable rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
